There is a communal terrace on the top of the building for all the guests. You can take the elevator to go there.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the property.
The property has a reception desk. The apartment is clean and well furnished. Location is perfect for visiting the Cathedral and the Alcazar. Also easy access to public transportation to other sights & attractions. Plenty of food options just steps away from the apartment.
Noise. The unit that we were assigned has windows that face the street that’s on the route of the horse carriages; there is constant clopping sound early in the morning through 10-ish in the night.

Fantastic all around stay is Sevilla! Perfect location and nice, clean and comfortable apartment!
We rented a car for a few days and it was great to be able to park it right in the same building. Also loved the rooftop terrace and enjoyed wine and the views up there in the evenings.
